We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called Heart At Home Inc. Celebration of Love and the Foreman-Phillips Reaching Out Center are two of the many wonderful programs governed and implemented by Heart At Home, Inc. Our hearts are motivated to helping the Central TX community. With the help of social workers in connection with our local Independent School District's we are able to give food vouchers to families in need. Churches, businesses and various individuals in our community have stepped up to the challenge by contributing their money, time and efforts for this cause. There are so many families in our own backyard who need our help. This year we are expecting over 700 volunteers to assist in various ways to make COL 2008 an experience of a lifetime.
