In 2006 we opened The Foreman-Phillips Reaching-Out Center (FPROC). Our mission through FPROC is to assist low-income families in our area by providing food, basic life necessities, clothing and job training resources in a loving and supportive environment 365 days a year. Everyone in need is welcomed no matter their background, race, or religion. FPROC has already adopted several other worthy causes in our community including a food pantry at the Fort Hood Army Community Service food pantry (feeding military families who are in need). FPROC is currently located 15630 Vision Drive in Pflugerville, TX.

In the very near future the Capitol Area Food Bank will be partnering up with our Reaching Out Center in an effort to merge our resources to reach more people. We are very excited about this and are looking forward to seeing the impact this partnership is going to have on Cental Texas families.
